As a director of Challenging Education, Louise carries out consultancy work in primary and secondary schools across the UK. Along with the other directors and associates of the company, she has led Raising Attainment of Disadvantaged Youngsters (RADY project) for three years. She also leads pupil premium reviews and rigorous collaborative reviews of leadership. She has extensive experience of challenging schools to improve provision and raise aspirations as a school improvement adviser for a large Local Authority and a proven track record of improving outcomes for disadvantaged young people as a teacher, senior leader and consultant.
